Staff Profile

The Profile lists your Personal Information, Display Names appearing to your Visitors and Customers, Destination and Channel list, Change Password, and QR Code and Web Link details.

You can edit your details and display names in different languages to keep your information updated.

To start editing your Profile details, click the Edit button at the bottom right corner of the interface.

Staff Display Name

Your Staff Default Display Name is the name your visitors will see in any language in the Tag and Staff Directories.

• To have different names for specific languages, click +Add Display Name.
• On the Language drop-down list, choose from any of the following: English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), and Chinese (Traditional)
• On the Display Name field, type in your preferred name for the chosen language. You can have different display names for all the supported languages. Otherwise, your default display name will be shown.
• Click on Save at the bottom right corner of the interface to save the changes made to your account.

Handling Destination and Channel

Routings Settings displays the information related to the Destination you are associated with to provide enquiry support, the Tag, and the Number (Toll-Free or DID inbound calls).

QR Code & Web Link (.com and .cn)

QR Code & Web Link displays your QR codes and links for Enquiries.

You can download your QR Codes (in PNG and SVG formats) and copy the web links to share them with your Visitors and Contacts as personal contact IDs that they can use to reach out to you.

By default, your staff web link is with .com, which is best for visitors, customers and other contacts outside Mainland China.

Web link with .cn

Your staff web link is with .cn and is best for visitors, customers and other contacts inside Mainland China.

• Toggle ON the button for the For Mainland China (web link ends with .cn) to change the weblink to .cn.

• Visitors or customers can interact with your staff via Chat or Call through the web link.
