How does CINNOX secure my customer's data?
Since your customer's browsers can be used to hijack customer data, we implement a high-security mechanism to mitigate this risk. A unique one-time token that expires soon after use is generated for the customer every time they visit your website. On top of this, we use local storage to prevent session hijacking.

CINNOX's Data Retention feature lets staff administrators regularly create a backup of data stored within the service and securely move them outside the service (e.g., to their locally hosted servers or other preferred backup locations). The feature supports an offline and online backup mode using SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and MongoDB.
