Personal Numbers
CINNOX lets you add your own phone number as your Caller ID (CLI) and SMS Sender ID when making outbound calls and sending SMS texts to visitors, customers, and colleagues. This way, your customers and colleagues can recognise you with your CLI and Sender ID, regardless of your physical location.
Personal Numbers as your Caller IDs or SMS Sender IDs are not guaranteed to be displayed to your called parties or message recipients.
Adding Personal Numbers
To add your own number as a service number in CINNOX:
- Go to My Account on the menu tab, then tap Settings > Personal Numbers.
- Tap the (+) icon beside Add Personal Number on the Personal Numbers screen.
- On the Add Personal Number screen that will appear, select the country code from the dropdown list, type in the phone number you want to add using the keypad, and then tap Verify. An SMS verification code will be sent to the phone number you added.
- Type in the six-digit verification code sent to the phone number you added, then tap Done. Once the verification code has been validated, the following message will appear: Verification Completed!
- Set a display name (optional) for your newly-added personal number, then tap Confirm.
If you do not receive an SMS verification code, tap Resend.
You are allowed three attempts to verify the code. After three unsuccessful attempts, you have to wait for ten minutes before you can try again.
Removing Personal Numbers
To delete an added personal number:

- On the Personal Numbers screen, tap the number you want to delete.
