What is Staff Extension Number?
Staff Extension Number is a unique 3 to 6-digit allocated to each staff for easy dialling to other staff.
The extension number is displayed in the Staff Management > Account Details, My Account, and Staff Contact List.

Admin can change staff extension number provided the new extension number is available, and no staff members own it yet.

To call a staff through the extension number, use the dial pad and start with '#', then enter the extension number and press the call button.
