Numbers
Numbers in CINNOX lets you manage the virtual, service, and personal numbers associated with your service.
Virtual Numbers
Virtual Numbers are phone numbers without directly associated telephone lines. CINNOX offers Toll-Free and Local Numbers to let customers from across the globe call you at lower costs.
To view available Virtual Numbers:

Service Numbers
Service Numbers are verified enterprise numbers that you can use as your Caller IDs (CLIs) or SMS sender addresses when making outbound calls or sending SMS texts to your visitors and customers. That helps your company establish a local presence in your customers' locations, regardless of where the business or staff members are physically based.
To view available Service Numbers:

For more information, please refer to this Guide's Service Numbers section.
Personal Numbers
CINNOX lets you add your phone number as your Caller ID (CLI) and SMS sender address when making outbound calls and sending SMS texts to visitors, customers, and colleagues. This way, your customers and colleagues can recognise you with your CLI and Sender Address, regardless of your physical location.
To add Personal Numbers:
