Our rebrand is the result of ongoing efforts to support businesses in delivering seamless customer engagement that delights and exceeds expectations. So we built CINNOX – the Total Experience SaaS platform that elevates customer and staff experiences with innovative omnichannel engagement and analytics solutions.

Did maaiiconnect become CINNOX? What is the difference?

Will there be any impact to my plan and features?
All customers of maaiiconnect are being transitioned to the CINNOX platform by our customer success team and you will continue with the same plan and entitlements.
Will my contract change?
There will be no changes to your maaiiconnect plan and contract.
Will my previous data be available on CINNOX?
Yes, all data and settings will be unaffected.
Are there any changes to the payment methods or invoicing?
There will be no changes to payments, payment methods, or invoicing.
Housekeeping: What changes will there be to daily operations that I need to communicate with my team?
You are advised to update your teams and key personnel about the rebrand. You will be able to receive our official announcement to support your internal communication.
Here are some key points to note:
- The maaiiconnect mobile app is renamed to CINNOX, and adjustments have been made to the UI and style to reflect our mission and branding.
- New features have been added to our comprehensive platform to enhance our Connect, Orchestrate, Evaluate capabilities. Adjustments have been made to the UI and style to reflect our mission and branding, as well as improve user experience.
When logging in:
- Your unique subdomain name will be updated to “my-company-name.cinnox.com”. You can also now log in via our cinnox.com homepage if you wish!
Direct chat and call links:
- These weblinks will update to “cinnox.com”. If you have used the links, they will automatically redirect to the new URL if clicked. It is recommended you update the links anyway to the latest version. You can simply change “maaiiconnect.com/mc/” to “cinnox.com/cx/” as the rest of the sequence will remain the same.
- For example: “maaiiconnect.com/mc/123456789” will become “cinnox.com/cx/123456789”
Has my account manager changed? Who can I contact if I have more questions?
For all current customers, your Account Manager will still be supporting your account and can be reached as usual!
