Sharing Files

In the CINNOX chatroom, Staff members and visitors may share the following files:

• Images
• Videos
• Documents
• Voice messages

Sharing Images, Videos, and Documents

To browse and select a file:

• On the chatroom screen, tap the (+) icon on the left side of the input text bar to access your document library.
• On the open dialogue screen that will appear, browse for and tap to highlight the file you wish to share, then tap Next.

To take photos or videos using your camera:

• On the chatroom screen, tap the 📷 icon located on the left side of the input text bar, then tap any of the following buttons that will appear:
  • Take a photo - to take a photo using your device's camera
  • Record a video - record a video using your device's camera
• After taking a photo or recording a video, tap Use Photo or Use Video, respectively.

To browse and select photos from the image gallery:

• On the chatroom screen, tap the Gallery icon on the left side of the input text bar to access your image gallery or photo album.
• On the open dialogue screen that will appear, browse for and tap to highlight the photo(s) you wish to share, then tap Next.

Sending Voice Messages

To record and send voice messages:

• On the chatroom screen, tap the Microphone icon on the right side of the input text bar.
• Touch and hold the microphone icon to record your voice message on the voice recorder pane that will appear.
• Release the microphone icon to send your recorded voice message. Alternatively, if you want to cancel sending your recording, slide the microphone icon down before releasing it.

• Share files max of 10 at a time.
• Visitors can share files up to 20 MB in size, while staff members can share up to 200 MB.
  Staff members can share files up to 20 MB from their local device using the CINNOX App.
• A voice message cannot be longer than 3 minutes.
