Numbers

Numbers in CINNOX lets you manage the virtual, service, and personal numbers associated with your service account.

Virtual Numbers

Virtual Numbers are cloud-based phone numbers that are not tied to a physical telephone line or SIM card. Customers can call a Virtual Number from anywhere, and calls are routed to your agents through CINNOX using the routing flow you configure.

CINNOX offers Toll-Free and Local Numbers so customers in different regions can reach you at lower or no cost.

To view available Virtual Numbers:

  • Go to Administration > Channels > Numbers from the navigation menu, then click the Virtual Numbers tab.

For more information, please refer to this Guide's Virtual Numbers section.

Service Numbers

Service Numbers are verified enterprise numbers that you can use as your Caller IDs (CLIs) or SMS sender addresses when making outbound calls or sending SMS texts to your visitors and customers. That helps your company establish a local presence in your customers' locations, regardless of where the business or staff members are physically based.

To view available Service Numbers:

  • Go to Administration > Channels > Numbers from the navigation menu, then click the Service Numbers tab.

For more information, please refer to this Guide's Service Numbers section.

Personal Numbers

CINNOX lets you add your phone number as your Caller ID (CLI) and SMS sender address when making outbound calls and sending SMS texts to visitors, customers, and colleagues. This way, your customers and colleagues can recognise you with your CLI and Sender Address, regardless of your physical location.

To add Personal Numbers:

  • From the navigation menu, go to My Account > Tools & Settings.

For more information, please refer to this Guide's Personal Numbers section.
